DMT Marine Equipment to equip Canadian Navy Tugboats

We are thrilled to announce a significant new milestone in our expansion within the North American market through a groundbreaking partnership to supply two state-of-the-art tugboats for the Canadian Navy. These vessels, built to the renowned RAmparts 2400 design by the distinguished Canadian shipyard Groupe Océan, are set to play a critical role in supporting naval operations. The main mission of these new vessels is to ensure the safe and efficient move of larger ships, along with providing towing and afloat firefighting capability in the harbours.

Each vessel will be outfitted with a comprehensive set that includes a towing and hawser winch, an anchor mooring capstan, and various deck fittings, all designed to ensure high performance. The equipment will be powered by our advanced electric and hydraulic control systems, engineered to provide precise, reliable operations, even in the most demanding conditions.

This collaboration is a testament to our commitment to delivering world-class maritime solutions and further solidifies our presence in the North American market. We look forward to seeing these cutting-edge tugboats in action, contributing to safer and more efficient harbour operations for the Canadian Navy.
