Information submitted through the website or via the e-mail is transmitted to servers at DMT facilities and/or to cloud‐based storage, controlled by DMT and/or trusted third parties, which are located in Romania or other countries.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you respond to a survey or communication such as an e-mail, meet us in exhibitions, events and one-on-one meetings or use one of the several website features we have such as a career forms, inquiry forms, after sales forms or drawing request forms.

The forms we use to collect data through our website as well as the purposes for doing so are as follows:

• Drawing Request (found on every product page) – this section is used for our clients or prospects to be able to request specific drawings of our products so that they can have all the information needed to have a successful project. The purpose of collecting the data through this form is to be able to give an accurate and useful answer to the person issuing the request.
• Inquiry – this section is used for our clients or prospects to be able to request specific quotations so that they can have all the information needed to have a successful project. The purpose of collecting the data through this form is to be able to give an accurate and useful answer to the person issuing the request.
• Schedule a visit – This contact form can be found on the home page of our website and has a sole purpose letting us know when you are interested in visiting our production facilities so that we can arrange all necessary steps.
• After Sales – This contact form can be found on the page “after sales” and has as sole purpose for collecting data the ability to answer promptly to any challenge you may be facing when working with our products and to provide a direct line to request spare parts if needed.
• Careers – This section collects your data with the sole purpose to give you an opportunity to work in DMT. All the information you fill in as well as you CV go directly to the HR department and the data is kept under all necessary security measures.

When ordering or registering, we ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or other information. If you do not wish to disclose your data please note that we will not be able to answer with an offer or order if we cannot verify who you are. If you do not wish to send us all your data you are free to do so and please note that in this situation we may choose not to answer to your request or to reply asking for more clarifications.

In our day to day sales activity we research the internet and collect public data so that we can contact you in a non-abusive way and see if we can cooperate for future projects. If at any time you do not feel comfortable with being contacted please let us know by filling in the request form on the “data privacy” page from our website or by sending an e-mail to dataprivacy@dmt-winches.com  and saying “I do not consent to my data being processed in any way”. Please also mention how the data was processed and any other details regarding the discomfort we might have created.
