Designing and producing custom-made naval equipment is a complex process coordinated by our skilled team of project managers. As our activity is constantly growing, we are looking for two new colleagues to bring in their energy and passion in handling the rising volume of projects.

This job is the perfect suit for fresh graduates of technical studies, passionate about engineering, organized and eager to gain valuable professional experience.

So, if you have:

• Graduated from higher technical studies in either Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Naval Engineering
• Excellent English skills both written and spoken
• An open attitude and great communication skills
• PC operating skills (Office, Auto Cad, Microsoft Project)
• A driving license cat. B

In the end, the knowledge acquired, and your valuable skills will enable you to perform the following tasks:

• Handle projects from the beginning until their finalization, in cooperation with other departments involved in the process
• Plan, organize and monitor the project stages
• You’ll constantly follow up on the contractual agreements and ensure you meet the execution deadlines
• You’ll be accountable for the results and the quality of the projects handled
• Adequately manage the electronic and paper correspondence related to the activity carried out and archive the documentation related to your activity
• Regularly inform/consult your manager about the stage of the design/construction works, propose an improvement plan for increasing the efficiency of the activities
• Identify authorized suppliers and propose collaboration as appropriate; handle inquiries and offer selection by conducting technical commercial communication
• Budget management, cost estimation and development of technical specifications related to all the factors involved in the execution of construction works
• Identifying problems and finding effective solutions to solve them
